During times like these, there are swings in emotions. You find yourself content sometimes and very depressed other times. We lean on the Lord to pull us through the depressed times. You could say today was one of those depressed days. After spending a few minutes with Mother, we had a serious discussion with the staff at the hospital. The neurosurgeon does not think, medically, that Mother will progress anymore. We try to stay as positive as we can, but it gets hard sometimes. I will not reveal much of the negative side as I would like, but I can tell you that our Mother desperately needs all the prayer that she can get. We pray for the complete restoration of our Mother. She is very precious to us, and our love for her is overwhelming. She is very proud of her children. She raised us, cared for us, nourished us, hugged and kissed us, and cared deeply for us. That is one thing that can never be taken from us. That is something that we could always count on. We pray that we can feel that one more day.
Prayerfully,
Keith and the Family

Don't rely on the doctors to determine your Mom's faith...rely on God!! He can work miracles...medical miracles that leave doctors stumped all the time! Do not let it discourage you. Continue to be positive for her AND for you. Let us all pray that it is God's will to heal her! Be strong, Tatums!!!

I just want you to know that I first hand know the doctors are not always right. Also, I want you to know my prayers and support are with you every second of every minute of every day. We may never understand things that happen here on this earth but our God is faithfull and knows He will not give us any trials or tribulations that will not make us stronger through Him. Please feel free to call me if you need someone to listen and lean on (my dad knows how to contact me).
Much Love-Meredith
